'Let's Talk' meet the manager program

We are working hard to improve the bus services in your area and twice a year we invite our customers to come speak to our staff at one of our 'Let's Talk' sessions. The purpose of these sessions are for Transdev NSW staff to engage with customers and experience what it is like on the front-line. The program also gives our customers the chance to meet senior managers and talk with them about the buses as they go about their travel. 


"Feedback from sessions held worldwide across Transdev's networks have raised issues, suggestions and compliments about our employees and services that have helped us plan service improvements."


Upcoming session dates and locations: 

  • 2 April 2019: Sutherland Interchange 4pm-5:30pm

  • 4 April 2019: Hornsby Interchange 4pm-5:30pm

  • 9 April 2019: Parramatta Interchange 4pm-5:30pm
