To report your lost property, please head to Transport for New South Wales www.transportnsw.info/lost-property and complete a Lost Property Form. Please provide as much detail as possible so your item(s) can be easily verified.

Unfortunately, for health reasons perishable items such as food will be disposed of immediately. All found items are registered and kept for 28 days at which point it will be donated to charity.

Once you have lodged your form, it will be sent to our customer care team who will review items in our depot(s) and contact you once it has been found. The process of items being located and registered can take up to 1 business day.

Please note: If you have just lost your property, for safety reasons we may not be able to immediately contact our driver if they are on the road.
